  • What can you treat or reward yourself that doesn’t involve money or food?
  • What can you do to make yourself laugh?
  • What are things that you can do for others?
  • What are things that you can do that make you feel good about yourself?
  • What are strategies to raise your self-esteem and/or self-confidence?
  • Make a list of self-esteem building activities, and then commit yourself to trying them
