Going to the Centre

  • Find a quiet spot for a few minutes. Take a few breaths and let your mind settle as best as it can.
  • Close your eyes and go inside.
  • Place your hands over your chest to help you centre in. Find the feeling at the centre of you. Can you find peacefulness within? Does it feel familiar? Or is it new? Describe.
  • What uncomfortable feelings must you make your way through to feel peaceful and free inside?
  • Can you get to the very centre where you experience a protected internal place?
  • What is it like?
  • What helps you find your centre?
  • What helps bring you back to your centre?
  • What feelings and thoughts come to you while centering?
